Rally Product support

We are seeking a Mid-to-Senior Level Rally Product Support to drive technical excellence in our Rally ecosystem. A Python-based automation and REST API integrations, specifically optimizing data synchronization between Jira Cloud and Rally via Connectall. This role demands a proactive problem-solver with deep expertise in scripting and workflow automation to streamline our integrated development environment.

Location: Montreal (Day 1 onboarding onsite / in office presence 3x week)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Automate/Configure workflows and data synchronization jobs between Rally and Jira.
• Develop scripts to extract data across various IT systems (PPM+, ServiceNow) and generate reports as needed. Ensure uptime of IT systems including performance, reliability, and scalability of Rally product.
