Job Description

Missions/Main Duties 
Lead RAMS Program & Compliance: Establish and manage the overall Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety (RAMS) program, ensuring strict compliance with international railway standards. 
System Safety Case Development: Be responsible for developing, maintaining, and assuring the System Safety Case for the entire rail line, demonstrating that all risks have been reduced to an acceptable level. 
Hazard & Risk Management: Conduct and oversee detailed Hazard Identification (HAZID/HAZOP) workshops, maintain the comprehensive Hazard Log, and define mitigation strategies throughout the project life cycle. 
RAM Analysis & LCC: Perform quantitative Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) analyses on critical equipment (signaling, rolling stock, power) to ensure performance targets and optimize Life Cycle Costs (LCC).
