SUMMARY:
Control the network at configuration level. Define the baseline. Automate the outcome.

POSITION INFO:
This role is where RAN design meets real network execution. You'll take design intent, translate it into configuration, and ensure it is enforced across a live multi-vendor environment. This is not a monitoring role. You'll be working directly with OSS systems, policies, and automation, shaping how the network behaves at scale. Key Responsibilities Baseline to Configuration Translate RAN design baseline documents into implementable configuration policies. Policy Management Configure and maintain baseline policies within policy-driven platforms . OSS Implementation Execute configuration changes directly within Ericsson or Nokia OSS/NMS environments .
