RAN Engineer

Job description:

• Engineering project implementation and technical support of 2/4/5G ZTE products, including equipment commissioning and debugging, upgrade and cutover, fault solving, and network maintenance.
• Formulates engineering project plans for 2/4/5G wireless products, tracks the progress, and manages and controls quality.
• Perform basic O&M and data configuration for RAN products..
• Supports base station cutover with subcon and SE.
• Provide technical training and guidance for SE/subcon/customers.
• Conduct technical exchanges with customer engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or higher education in Telecommunications /Electronics Engineering / IT / BA or equivalent.
• 3 or more years experience in RAN ENGINEER and have base station swap experience in major telecommunication vendor/operators is preferred such as ZTE/HUAWEI/NOKIA/Ericsson.
