RAN Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Engineering project implementation and technical support of 2/4/5G big telecom products, including equipment commissioning and debugging, upgrade and cutover, fault solving, and network maintenance1.
• Formulates engineering project plans for 2/4/5G wireless products, tracks the progress, and manages and controls quality.
• Perform basic O&M and data configuration for RAN products..
• Supports base station cutover with subcorn and SE.
• Provide technical training and guidance for SE/subcorn/customers.
• Conduct technical exchanges with customer engineers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree or higher education in Telecommunications /Electronics Engineering / IT / BA or equivalent.
• 5 years experience in ran engineer and have base station swap experience , in mayor telecommunication vendor/operators is preferred such as big telecom company.
