RAN Engineer

Job Description

ZTE is looking for a RAN Engineer / Site Commissioning Engineer to support the implementation and technical delivery of 2G/4G/5G wireless network projects. The role involves site commissioning, integration, cutover, fault troubleshooting, and ongoing network maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform engineering implementation and technical support for 2G/4G/5G ZTE RAN products, including commissioning, debugging, upgrades, cutover, fault resolution, and network maintenance
• Prepare engineering project plans, track project progress, and manage quality control
• Perform basic O&M activities and RAN data configuration
• Support base station cutover activities with subcontractors and SEs
• Provide technical training and guidance to SEs, subcontractors, and customers
• Conduct technical discussions and exchanges with customer engineers
