Job Description / Key Responsibilities

• Work with telecom vendor Cloud CME and other vendor tools for scripting, integrations, and operational support
• Perform BTS-level activities , including expansion, BBU migration, upgrades, and swap operations
• Handle and maintain telecom equipment such as BTS 3900 , BTS 5900 , and other related vendor products
• Support and troubleshoot telecom equipment across multiple vendors (preferred)
• Provide clear technical guidance and instructions to subcontractor teams
• Ensure effective issue tracking, follow-ups, and timely resolution
