Job Purpose
Responsible for optimization, planning and handling Commercial Sales / Corporates Sales and customer complaints
Job Responsibilities
Monitoring of OSS KPIs related to accessibility, retainability, mobility and quality to meet defined quarterly/yearly SLA defined thresholds already set by CMPak Management
Figure out quality degradation matters, devise optimization strategy and execute plan to acquire required targets
Radio Parameter/Tuning for new RAN release proposed to enhance network quality, user experience and customer satisfaction and bench mark to evaluate its impact on network
Network redesign including tilt and height adjustments to reach optimum coverage for worst cells by changing antenna mechanical/electrical tilts and height to solve bad coverage spots, pilot pollution and adapt the integration of a new sites
Conducting scheduled and spontaneous Network Audits at Region/RNC/Site including Physical Site Audits (Antenna Height, Azimuth, Tilts,...
