Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Wireless Product Team Building and Management: Responsible for the overall management of the project's wireless product technology delivery team, determining the team's organizational structure, resource allocation, responsibility definition, and assessment mechanism.
• Responsible for the commissioning, debugging, cutover and acceptance of wireless products .
• Transfers skills to technical engineers of representative offices and outsourcing personnel.
• Provides technical support and troubleshooting for maintenance during the engineering period.
• Familiar with operator's process and customer.
• Escalates the faults that cannot be handled by the second line of wireless products to the third line of technical support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree or higher education in Telecommunications /Electronics Engineering / IT / BA or equivalent.
