RAN Manager

Key Responsibilities:
1.Wireless Product Team Building and Management: Responsible for the overall management of the project's wireless product technology delivery team, determining the team's organizational structure, resource allocation, responsibility definition, and assessment mechanism.
2.Responsible for the commissioning, debugging, cutover and acceptance of wireless products .
3.Transfers skills to technical engineers of representative offices and outsourcing personnel.
4.Provides technical support and troubleshooting for maintenance during the engineering period.
5.Familiar with operator's process and customer.
6.Escalates the faults that cannot be handled by the second line of wireless products to the third line of technical support.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor Degree or higher education in Telecommunications /Electronics Engineering / IT / BA or equivalent.
