RAN Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
1.Engineering project implementation and technical support of 2/4/5G ZTE products, including equipment commissioning and debugging, upgrade and cutover, fault solving, and network maintenance1.
2.Formulates engineering project plans for 2/4/5G wireless products, tracks the progress, and manages and controls quality.
3.Perform basic O&M and data configuration for RAN products..
4.Supports base station cutover with subcorn and SE.
5.Provide technical training and guidance for SE/subcorn/customers.
6.Conduct technical exchanges with customer engineers.
Qualifications:
1.⁠ ⁠Bachelor Degree or higher education in Telecommunications /Electronics Engineering / IT / BA or equivalent.
2.⁠ ⁠3 years experience in ran engineer and have base station swap experience , in mayor telecommunication vendor/operators is as ZTE/HUAWEI/NOKIA/Ericsson
