This Role is based on Metro Manila. The employee must be willing to travel at least once a month to the Plant in Northern Mindanao
R&D Head / Product Development Lead (Coconut-Based Products)
Our client is looking for an experienced R&D leader to develop and launch coconut-based products across food, beverage, and personal care. You will lead the full innovation cycle—from concept and formulation to prototyping, testing, and scale-up to manufacturing—ensuring products are clean-label, natural, sustainable, and market-ready.
Key Responsibilities
Lead formulation, prototyping, stability/sensory testing, and pilot trials
Optimize processes for quality, efficiency, shelf life, and performance
Drive feasibility studies, cost analysis, and documentation for new concepts
Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations (e.g., FDA, HACCP, GMP, ISO, ISO 22716; ASEAN/EU as applicable)
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, QA/QC...
