Ranger In Charge

An exciting opportunity waits for a motivated & experienced leader to join the Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service (QPWS) as a OO6 Ranger in Charge.

QPWS is seeking a highly capable and motivated person to lead the delivery of key conservation and community-focused initiatives across the Sunshine Coast Area, all while staying hands-on with core ranger responsibilities.

In this unique role, you'll work alongside the Senior Ranger to deliver positive outcomes in the diverse protected areas of the Sunshine Coast.

You will lead a ranger team and contribute to essential on-ground operations - including fire, pest and visitor management delivering solid conservation management outcomes.
