Ranger (Pool)

Under the direction of the Senior Ranger, the Ranger is responsible for contributing to the effective operational management of parks and reserves, and other lands as required, within the district. Core responsibilities include supporting the management of park conservation and wildlife values and ensuring park visitors enjoy a safe and memorable experience. The Ranger supports the maintenance and presentation of park facilities and assets, participates in fire and emergency response, and works with key partners, including park neighbours, conservation partners, volunteers and Aboriginal communities.

This is a merit pool and applicants may be offered a position on a term or ongoing basis based on organisational needs. Positions will become available across the Adelaide and Mount Lofty Ranges region.
