**Job Description**

The RASS Family Support Specialist is expected to have experience working with children and families. You will work with the families in their homes on remaining safe in the home, coping strategies, parenting skills, connecting to resources, etc. You will have the support of clinical level staff through your direct supervisor or clinical back up throughout your work.
