Hours: Guaranteed 40 hours/week

Week 1:Monday, Tuesday, Saturday & Sunday
Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday Enjoy a consistent 4 day working week with a fixed pattern that supports better work-life balance.

💼 About the Role
As a Rapid Care Responder, you’ll be a key part of our flexible care capacity team, supporting clients across a variety of needs including:

Hospital discharge transitions to home
New care package commencements
Double-up calls requiring two carers
Covering planned leave, holidays, or unplanned absences
