Raw Material Supervisor

The Raw Material Supervisor manages and executes the administrative processes for receiving raw materials, ensuring that all incoming shipments are accurately documented, verified against purchase orders, and compliant with quality standards. The position serves as a key link between suppliers, quality control, and production to maintain a seamless and timely supply of materials for manufacturing operations.



**What You'll Do**



+ You will verify incoming raw material deliveries against Purchase Orders (PO) and packing slips to ensure accuracy.

+ You will perform data entry in the ERP system (e.g., SAP/Oracle) to record goods receipts and batch information.

+ You will conduct initial physical inspections to check quantities and identify any damages.

+ You will coordinate with the Quality Control (QC) team for sampling and testing and ensure materials are properly labeled as Quarantine, Approved, or Rejected.
