Summary:Under general direction this single position class plans, organizes, directs and coordinates theactivities and personnel of the division including the operations, repair, construction andmaintenance of the District’s source water and ditch/conveyance system, delivery ofraw/untreated water and related raw water distribution facilities and preventative maintenanceprograms to ensure efficient operations of the ditch system; has significant responsibility in theoversight of the District’s water resources, water rights and contracts, water managementincluding water efficiency, water measurement, snow surveys forecasting of runoff, andcoordinating releases to meet District and customer demands while adherence to r...
