Job Description
Join Raytheon as the Integrated Product Team Lead for Training Development within the Land Vehicle Crew Training System (LVCTS) project. This role focuses on advanced training solutions for the Canadian Army across five sites nationwide.
As the IPT Lead, you will be responsible for leading a diverse team, overseeing the planning and execution of training development and integrated logistics support, with a strong emphasis on performance metrics. You will ensure successful delivery on cost and schedule requirements while addressing challenges as they arise. This position is based in Calgary, Alberta or Ottawa, Ontario.
