Job Responsibilities

• Continuous Improvement and Efficient Problem-solving
  • Support the organization in achieving SQDCG and financial objectives, and drive continuous improvement by effectively applying RBS system tools and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team and partners to understand the company’s current business and financial goals, formulate blueprints and implementation plans for the company’s future operational/growth needs, and deliver on the set targets.
  • Provide expertise across the organization by partnering with functional departments, business units and plant leaders to assess current processes, identify process/performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Manage a robust RBS system review process to select, scope and prioritize improvement initiatives (e.g., policy implementation, CI roadmap, Kaizens, projects and continuous improvement talents) for goal attainment.
