【Job Responsibilities】

1. Continuous Improvement and Efficient Problem-solving 1) Support the organization in achieving SQDCG and financial objectives, and drive continuous improvement by effectively applying RBS system tools and methodologies. 2) Collaborate with the leadership team and partners to understand the company’s current business and financial goals, formulate blueprints and implementation plans for the company’s future operational/growth needs, and deliver on the set targets. 3) Provide expertise across the organization by partnering with functional departments, business units and plant leaders to assess current processes, identify process/performance gaps and improvement opportunities. 4) Manage a robust RBS system review process to select, scope and prioritize improvement initiatives (e.g., policy implementation, CI roadmap, Kaizens, projects and continuous improvement talents) for goal attainment. 5) Possess the ability to identify, diagnose and resolve the most co...
