Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Offshore RCM Manager to oversee revenue cycle operations for a U.S.-based Family Practice Groups. This role is responsible for managing offshore billing operations with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, compliance, and performance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in outpatient RCM workflows, excellent leadership capabilities, and a strong understanding of family practice-specific coding, payer rules, and patient billing sensitivities.
The Offshore RCM Manager will serve as a key operational leader, ensuring that offshore teams support the client's financial goals through effective claims processing, denial management, and patient revenue capture—while maintaining strict adherence to U.S. healthcare regulations.
