Our client Cube Healthcare Systems is looking for an RCM Operations Assistant Manager in Abbottabad. Job Location: Abbottabad (Onsite). Shift Time: 5:30pm-2:30am. Work Location: In person. Note: Candidates from all over Pakistan are welcomed.

Bachelor’s Degree

Minimum Experience

5–6 years of experience in billing operations with at least 2 years in a Supervisor or Assistant Manager role.

Skills

• Strong understanding of RCM processes: claim entry, coding, AR, denials, follow‑up, appeals, reporting credentialing, and collections.
• Hands‑on experience with EMRs and billing platforms. Proficient in Excel and capable of handling data‑driven reports and dashboards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
