Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented RCM Payment Posting Specialist to join our Revenue Cycle Management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately posting insurance and patient payments, reconciling accounts, and ensuring proper allocation of payments and adjustments to maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Post insurance payments, patient payments, and electronic remittance advice (ERA/EOB) accurately and timely
• Review and apply contractual adjustments, write-offs, and denials as per payer guidelines
• Reconcile posted payments with bank deposits and daily payment reports
• Identify and report underpayments, overpayments, and posting discrepancies
