RCM Product Leader

Job description

The Manager Product Management will lead a portfolio of US Healthcare RCM modules and manage a team of Product Managers and Product Owners. This role is accountable for product strategy execution, automation maturity, compliance alignment, and measurable revenue impact across enterprise healthcare client.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product strategy for assigned RCM modules (Claims, AR, Denials, Eligibility, Patient Billing, etc.)
• Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers and Product Owners
• Drive measurable improvement in KPIs such as Clean Claim Rate, AR Days, Denial Rate, Net Revenue Yield
• Translate CMS and payer policy changes into product roadmap updates
• Lead AI-driven automation initiatives across RCM workflows
• Conduct portfolio prioritization based on revenue impact and client value
