Metacare LLC is seeking an experienced RCM Specialist (Medical Billing) to manage end-to-end revenue cycle operations and ensure accurate billing and timely collections.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage complete RCM processes including charge entry, claim submission, AR follow-ups, and payment posting.
• Analyze and resolve claim denials, rejections, and underpayments.
• Ensure compliance with payer guidelines and internal policies.
• Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned based on operational needs.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in medical billing / RCM.
• Strong knowledge of US healthcare billing and insurance processes.
