RCM Specialist

The essential job functions include preparing data packs for payment analysis, supporting payer parity analysis, analyzing revenue trends, managing intramonth projections, organizing service line analytics, maintaining databases, and modeling proposals during managed care negotiations.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and organize data packs for expected vs. actual payment analysis
• Conduct payer parity analysis using internal and external reports
• Develop monthly gross and net revenue trend reports for management review
• Support intramonth revenue projections and trend analysis
• Prepare service line and payor analytical reports for leadership
• Maintain and transfer databases while ensuring data accuracy
• Develop proposal models and preliminary analyses to support managed care negotiations

Qualifications:

• 2 years' experience in analytics and/or reporting using large data sets (required)
