RCSA CoE Tester

Overview The Tester performs control testing in alignment with regulatory requirements, internal MPMS standards and methodologies. They will engage closely with Line 1, Line 2, and Audit stakeholders as required. Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities Strategic Focus

Execute control testing plans that map to the Risk Management Framework, regulatory expectations, and MPMS methodologies—prioritising high impact processes and controls.

Identify patterns in control failures and recommend pragmatic improvements to control design, testing efficiency, and evidence standards—feeding into methodology enhancement.

Operational Excellence

Develop an understanding of the organisational Risk Management Framework and policies

Learn and consistently apply controls testing CoE methodologies, testing procedures, and documentation standards.
