R&D and Clinical Studies Specialist

Become an R&D and Clinical Studies Specialist at FUNCTIONALAB Group, located in Montreal. This role focuses on both product development and clinical study coordination in the dermocosmetic field.
As a maternity leave replacement, you will be collaborating closely with the Director of R&D and Scientific Affairs. Candidates should possess a relevant Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of experience. Excellent bilingual communication in French and English, along with a proactive approach and rigorous organizational skills, are important for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and manage clinical trials including logistics
• Evaluate and analyze clinical data from studies
• Contribute to scientific articles and document preparation
• Maintain quality controls and compliance standards
• Support training development on Docebo for staff
