About the role
The R&D Application Assistant role at Mewah Group offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative food products. As part of the dynamic R&D team, you will play a key role in supporting the research and application of new food technologies and safety protocols. This full-time position is based in Pulau Indah, Selangor, Malaysia.
What you'll be doing
Support the R&D team in daily kitchen/lab operations including baking, cooking, chocolate preparation, and demonstration. Assist in preparing samples, prototypes, and product kits for customer trials or presentations.
Conduct basic testing and record results (e.g., texture, baking performance, shelf life observations).
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, inventory, and equipment upkeep.
- Help organize and run internal tastings, workshops, or customer demos.
