Responsabilities:

• Lead formula and packaging development and coordinate with Regulatory for compliance.
• Lead PLM process and coordinate with interdisciplinary team the risk analysis and approval.
• Execute internal sensory evaluations, analyze the data and generate the report.
• Approve theoretical nutrition facts to the copacker.
• Approve trial reports to the copacker.
• Approve formula, nutrition and packaging specs in Agile.
• Approve artworks in Atlas from R&D; product and packaging.
