Job Summary:

The Associate Scientist supports research and development (R&D) initiatives focused on New Product Development, product improvement, cost optimization, and technical communication within the Food & Health Care category. This role works closely with senior scientists and cross-functional teams to develop high-quality, cost-effective products through scientific rigor, documentation, and operational support.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform R&D activities related to new product development, product improvement, and cost optimization.
