R&D Beverage Technologist

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are not looking for a general food technologist.

This role is focused on coffee, beverages, extracts, and drink systems used at scale across hundreds of outlets.

You will work directly on Kopi Saigon core products including coffee extract, powdered beverages, syrups, functional drinks, and ready to drink concepts from lab to mass production.

If your background is mainly food or cooking based, this role will not be suitable.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and refine coffee extract systems including hot brew, cold brew, and concentrated formats
Formulate powdered and liquid beverages for commercial scale
Work on solubility, mouthfeel, aroma retention, oxidation control, and shelf life
Translate lab formulas into factory ready processes
Conduct pilot runs, scale up trials, and production validation
Work closely with production, QA, and suppliers on raw materials and equipment
