- To ideate, create and execute menus for multiple cuisines.
- To coordinate with central production kitchen to regularly improve quality
- To conduct regular health and safety audits in outlet stores and to take prompt and effective remedial action to ensure that the restaurants are operating well above the minimum requirements of the brand and Company.
- To ensure the kitchen, including machines, furniture, equipment, and utensils are always clean and in working condition, promoting a hygienic and safe environment.
- Plan orders of equipment or ingredients according to identified shortages
- Partner with consumer chefs to urgently address all occurring problems and supports the implementation of new initiatives; involved in onboarding of new brands.
- Review and evaluate efficiency of Food & Beverage Brands by developing a system of standard costing for menu items
