Job Description
What You'll Do
- Develop, standardize, and document recipes, yields, and batch costings from scratch.
- Lead product research and development for new menu items and commissary products.
- Conduct kitchen trials to refine taste, texture, aroma, and overall product consistency.
- Create and implement clear SOPs for food preparation, portioning, storage, and production.
- Collaborate with operations and management to ensure recipes are scalable for multiple branches.
- Monitor product performance and recommend improvements based on feedback and testing.
- Ensure all developed products meet food safety, sanitation, and shelf-life standards.
- Support menu innovation aligned with brand identity and market trends.
- Train kitchen and commissary teams on proper execution of standardized recipes.
