R & D Color Cosmetic Chemist

Responsibilities:

• Produce samples for color cosmetic such as lipmatte, foundation, blushers, eyeshadow, tinted sunscreen and others range of cosmetic item.
• Conduct advanced research and development activities to create new and improved products, formulations and processes.
• Formulate or mixing new or existing product.
• To issue or revise ingredient list, PIF, BMR for existing, newly developed and launched products to internal department or external party.
• Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on trend, pricing, products, etc.
• Resolves customer inquiries/complaints regarding the product and services.
• Work with marketing and technical teams to identify and develop new project, product sample, process and improvement plans. Assist in monitoring the progress of the project according to the goals achieved.
