Job Summary
Responsible for timely execution of product development and innovation. Ensure that developed products is within the target food cost in accordance with the customer specifications and complies to quality and food safety
- Must be a graduate of BS Food Technology, Nutrition, Culinary and Pastry Arts
- Specializes in breads in pasties; knowledgeable in different bread types, cookies, pastries, and pies
- Knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment (including mixers, dough sheeters, and blenders)
- Organized and clean in kitchen use and food preparation
- Acquainted with different cuisines is an advantage
- Willing to be assigned in FTI, Taguig
- Can start ASAP
