R&D Data Analyst

Our Client, a Paint Manufacturing company, is looking for a R&D Data Analyst for their Minneapolis, MN location. Responsibilities:

+ Assist in identifying and validating data sources to support R&D and business initiatives.

+ Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations that highlight trends, relationships, and opportunities for improvement.

+ Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to access and prepare data using tools such as Tableau, Excel, and Business Objects.

+ Use Excel and other tools to combine and analyze data from multiple sources.

+ Support the customization and integration of enterprise tools such as Navigator into R&D workflows.

+ Provide training and documentation to help R&D staff understand and use data visualization tools effectively.

+ Generate reports and summaries using tools such as Business Objects, Product Vision, Oracle, and Snowflake.
