Job Title:   – Failure Mode Analysis 
Location : Hazira, Gujarat 
Reporting:  Research Scientist, Green Tech Research & Innovation Department (GRID)  
Job Summary: 
 The role of an R&D Engineer specializing in Failure Mode Analysis (FMA) involves identifying, analyzing, and resolving failure mechanisms in electrochemical systems, including energy storage, hydrogen production, and fuel cells. This position focuses on enhancing the performance, reliability, and lifespan of electrochemical devices through research, testing, and collaboration. 
Key Responsibilities:  
Conduct failure mode analysis to identify and document failure mechanisms in electrochemical systems such as alkaline water electrolysers (AWE). 
Analyze data to detect failure patterns and trends. 
Design and perform experiments simulating extreme conditions (temperature, pressure, current, voltage).
