Role Purpose:

• The jobholder is to conduct product development and improvement projects and monitor the progress of each project to ensure department goals and project timelines are met and achieve the organization's set goal.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Innovation and Development:

2. Design and plan a new product development project that aligns with market trends and meets the needs of the Company's target market .

3. Actively searches for suitable ingredients, technologies and processing methods to enhance product quality and innovation.

4. Product Improvement/ Formulation Optimization:

5. Review the existing product formulations and identify areas for improvement and changes to enhance product performance, stability and shelf life.
