R&D Executive

a. To help superior in oversee the overall day to day smooth functioning of the R&D Department and take appropriate actions to resolve problems which may develop from time to time.

b. To help superior in liaise with supplier on the sourcing of new raw material for new product development.

c. To assist R&D Manager in liaise with Marketing Personal on the raw product's requested.

d. Assessment of new raw material.

e. To formulate new product within the allocated budget.

f. To be responsible for developing new product.

g. Responsible to draw up the mixing instruction for the production mixing process for new and existing products (if need amendment).

h. Responsible to supervise production personnel when new product is being introduced in production.

i. Troubleshoot any discrepancies on quality of the product.

j. To supervise R&D Assistant on the development new item.
