R&D Executive

Responsibilities:

1. Formulate new products based on customer requirements or internal direction of research efforts.

2. Review the formulation and product specification based on feedback from product team and customer.

3. Assist in establishment of product specification and testing requirements of new products.

4. Conduct stability testing to verify product reliability and effectiveness.

5. Review and study new ingredients information from suppliers and propose potential ingredients to Marketing department.

6. Assist in coordination with Production on new product or sample trial run.

7. Discuss with product team on process requirement or other technical requirement to new products.

8. Conduct research and testing on new ingredients
