R&D Executive/Senior R&D Executive (Food technologist/Product development)

As an R&D Technologist, you will play an active, hands‑on role in developing innovative bakery and confectionery products and improving existing recipes. You will work directly in the lab and test kitchen to create, test, and refine the recipes specifically in bakery and confectionery segments.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Development (Hands‑On):

• Develop and test innovative bakery/confectionery products from concept to finished product with compliance to comply with CODEX and Malaysia Food Regulation.
• Reformulate recipes based on test results, customer feedback, or production needs.
• Perform hands‑on baking trials to test ingredients, formulations, and processes.
• Conduct basic sensory evaluations for texture, flavour, and appearance.
• Innovate and reformulate with alternative ingredients/alternative supplier to meet the customer’s need or market trends.
