R&D / Formulation Manager – Cosmetics & Personal Care

About the Role
Conatural Beauty Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced R&D / Formulation Manager to lead formulation development and laboratory operations across skincare, haircare, color cosmetics, and personal care categories. This role will play a critical part in innovation, product improvement, and cross-functional collaboration while ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Lead formulation development for new skincare, haircare, color cosmetics, and personal care products
Oversee laboratory operations, including testing protocols, stability studies, and technical documentation
