Key points and objectives of the position
This position takes responsibility as a strategic HR Business Partner for the RD organization, providing end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, performance management, development, and employee relations. The role delivers consultation, guidance, and coaching to RD leaders and teams, ensuring people strategies are aligned with business objectives and executed in compliance with local labor law and internal policies.
The role also contributes to HR topic and project management, including process enhancement, system data integrity, and cross?functional collaboration with Global and Regional HR teams, in line with agreed scope, timelines, and compliance requirements.
