Qualification

· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, Automotive or Industrial Technology or equivalent industry experience may substitute formal education.

· 3–5 years' experience in motorcycle spare parts industry involving:

• Product research and development
• Quality inspection and testing
• Product compatibility analysis
• OEM / replacement parts evaluation.

· Hands-on experience with:

• Engine parts (piston kits, valves, gaskets)
• Drive parts (chain, sprocket, clutch)
• Electrical parts (CKP, stator, CDI, regulators)
• Rubber & consumables (oil seals, hoses, tires)

· Strong knowledge of:

• Motorcycle models in the Philippines - Underbone, Scooter, Backbone, Tricycle
• OEM vs replacement parts
• Part numbering and cross-reference
• Material types (steel, aluminum, rubber, copper)
