Job Summary
The R&D Lead for Maritime SIL/HIL Testing heads the development of system-level virtual and hybrid test environments that accelerate validation, integration, and deployment of complex marine and offshore systems.
Key Responsibilities
Define and manage an R&D team to conduct system-level technology development and R&D projects, ensuring alignment with internal policies and procedures
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and decision support in relevant projects across ship systems, automation, and power domains
Support new business opportunities by development of testing platforms and translation into operational tools or commercial services
Reporting and tracking the progress of R&D projects to stakeholders or funding agencies
Key Requirements
Technically proven with a minimum of 7 years of experience in systems engineering, automation, or software-in-the-loop/hardware-in-the-loop testing and industrial communication protocols
