Our client is a leading & well-known FMCG dairy manufacturing company in Thailand, providing a wide range of categories of dairy products for both own brands and licensed brands. The company is now looking for a suitable candidate for the position ofR&D Manager Based at Ayuthaya.
Responsibilities:
Job Scope: 
Managing and leading new product development projects as well as improvement initiatives, starting from idea initiation until product launch to market with coordination across the functional team to meet the project objective, and timeline and align with the company’s business plan.
Ensuring the right formulation, raw material, and finished product are met the desired specifications, comply with food safety/ regulation requirements, the company’s quality policy as well as supply point for all local and receiving markets before commercialization.
