Our client is a well-known Listed company in the Manufacturing industry and has been open for over 30+ years. They provide surgical and medical supplies.
Job Description
Taking the helm and overseeing the start of each project assigned to the module.
Locating possibilities for process and product innovation and advancement.
Beginning and organizing short- to medium-term technological exploration projects.
Working efficiently on a project with a cross-functional project team that includes representatives from marketing, manufacturing, outsourcing, finance, quality assurance, and regulatory bodies.
Developing and improving scientific knowledge.
Supporting the Director of SUGBU R&D with the implementation and forecasting of the budget.
Serving as a skill-development coach and mentor for the module staff.
Promoting cooperation among all the R&D Technologies Group's directors, chemists, and lab technicians.
