Core Objective: To lead the strategic innovation, technical architecture, and end-to-end product validation for powdered beverages and nutraceuticals.
The Strategic Mission
The R&D Manager is the primary technical strategist at Genie. This role is designed for a visionary leader who can balance the creative puzzle of formulation with the rigorous technical discipline required for mass-scale manufacturing. You will be responsible for ensuring that every product concept is not only innovative but also structurally sound, stable, and market-ready.
